In 2012, Erica decided to transition into a role as an Office Manager with Uncommon Schools, a charter management organization that starts and manages charter schools that closes the achievement gap. While at Uncommon Schools, Erica led student enrollment/recruitment and ensured enrollment metrics were met by the beginning of the school year. Over the past 5 years Erica has worked with charter schools to achieve operational success in areas including but not limited to family and community engagement, developing best practices for student recruitment and enrollment and assisting in the development of staff culture plans.
