Laying the ground work for a successful fully enrolled opening day starts the year prior. It doesn’t just happen…. It requires a multi-faceted approach (planning, parents, publicity, presence & persistence) not only to attain success, to maintain it as well.

Our purpose for PSO is to improve charter schools with a focus on operational support. We’ve worked directly with well over a hundred schools. We’ve found many needed more than just support or training for success. What they lacked was an experienced dedicated professional to help guide them into operational excellence thereby improving the school at its core.

This January we plan to take ownership of a select handful of schools operational teams which will benefit from an immersive holistic approach and are dedicated to their schools longevity.

We’ll work in lock step with your school for a calendar year from January to December. Through state test, new student lottery, student enrollment, open houses, end of year close out, summer PD, community outreach, school tours, first day of school and back to student recruitment.
